Immediately after your phone call, a Quick Response staff member will be at your home or business to help assess the damage and to define the scope of work that has to be performed.

In the case of a small fire, smoke damage, or furnace puff back, we are able to complete the cleaning process with out removing anything from your home. Our uniformed technicians will perform a detailed cleaning of all the affected areas in your home or office. This includes everything from walls and windows to dishes and ductwork. Our trained technicians also have the skill necessary to clean your carpets and upholstery. Should you have any questions our staff members are there to help.

Unfortunately, sometimes the damage is more severe. In these instances, our first step is to provide emergency board ups. Then we will remove salvageable items from the location and transport them to our 15,000 square foot warehouse. Here, the items will be provided with a detailed cleaning using our state-of-the-art equipment. All items are protected in our warehouse with 24 hour surveillance and security cameras.
