General Manager
Robert Serafini serves as Quick Response Restoration’s cornerstone of Experience, Expertise, Authority, and Trust (EEAT). A dedicated member of the Quick Response team since 1998, Robert brings decades of hands-on restoration and insurance industry knowledge to every project. Prior to joining QR, he worked as an independent insurance adjuster, giving him a deep understanding of claims processes, policy interpretation, and customer advocacy.
Robert holds multiple IICRC certifications for fire, water, mold and has successfully managed numerous multi-million-dollar restoration projects, including large-loss and complex commercial assignments. His portfolio also extends internationally, where he has contributed to remediation efforts abroad.
Deeply rooted in the Capital District community, Robert is known for his generosity and civic involvement. He actively hosts and supports charity events benefiting local hospitals, schools, first responders, veterans, Catholic organizations, pet adoption, and local Chambers of Commerce. He is also an engaged member of several professional associations: Saratoga County Chamber, Adirondack Regional Chamber, NYS SFA Chapter, GCAR, ENYSHE and BOMA continuing to elevate industry standards and strengthen community ties.
Restoration Manager
Gabriel Sirianni brings six years of restoration industry experience, including four years with Quick Response Restoration. His hands-on background supports his work helping customers navigate property damage and the restoration process.
Gabriel’s training and qualifications include Water Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation, OSHA 30, and Insurance Loss Specialist. His knowledge spans water damage restoration, microbial remediation, jobsite safety, and insurance-related losses.
Committed to giving back, Gabriel is active in charitable organizations and initiatives, including Toys for Tots. He also serves as the organizer of Quick Response’s Christmas Festival, helping bring the community together for a celebration of the holiday season.
Business Development Director
Dave Gutman serves as Quick Response Restoration’s Business Development Director, bringing 30 years of professional experience and one year in the restoration industry. His work focuses on building relationships, connecting organizations with Quick Response’s restoration services, and supporting the company’s growth throughout the Capital Region.
Dave’s professional involvement spans commercial real estate, education, healthcare, economic development, hospitality, and housing. He belongs to Capital Region BOMA, the NYS School Facilities Association, the Eastern NY Society for Healthcare Engineers (ENYSHE), the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce, Saratoga Economic Development Corporation (SEDC), the NYS Restaurant Association, and APTS of NY.
Through these connections, Dave helps strengthen Quick Response’s ties to the businesses and institutions it serves, with an emphasis on lasting partnerships and responsive service.
Construction Manager
Steve Winney serves as Quick Response Restoration’s Construction Manager, bringing 19 years of experience in the construction and restoration industry, including 17 years with Quick Response. His background combines hands-on restoration knowledge with construction management experience to help guide projects from property damage through rebuilding.
Steve’s training and qualifications include Water Technician, OSHA 30, thermal exchange systems, building codes, and insurance loss specialization. This foundation supports his work coordinating restoration and construction activities with attention to safety, quality, and the requirements of insurance-related repairs.
Beyond his professional role, Steve is active in OSAA youth sports in Schuylerville, supporting local young athletes and maintaining strong ties to the community.
Lead Estimator
Brendan Dewey serves as Quick Response Restoration’s Lead Estimator, bringing 16 years of industry experience, all with Quick Response. His restoration knowledge and estimating experience help define the scope of repairs and guide projects toward successful completion.
Brendan holds certifications in water damage restoration and mold remediation, complemented by expertise in insurance losses and building codes. This foundation supports his ability to develop detailed estimates that address property damage, restoration needs, and applicable construction requirements.
